Understand this and you will know how a bokeh is produce.
Looking at the lens you are using the 55-200mm lens has the biggest aperture of f/4 at 55mm. Use these settings at Aperture mode, stand about 4 feet from your subject or as near as you can to it. Then click away. It will at least create a decent bokeh.
But this lens is not the best to create nice bokeh as the aperture is too small (f/4, the biggest). The best apertures to create the best bokehs are from f/1.4 – f/2.8. And these settings are mostly available on prime lenses.
